21. Correção: All I expect from my teachers is that they are patient and understanding. (comprehensive é um false cognate, isto é, tem a inocente aparência de ‘compreensivo’, mas na verdade significa abrangente ou generalizado.)

22. Correção: The cost of living in big cities is much higher than in small towns. (cost of life é simplesmente uma (má) tradução de ‘custo de vida’. Não existe cost of life em inglês.)

23. Correção: Would you like a glass of champagne to go with your oysters? (que mau gosto oferecer champanhe em uma xícara. Bebidas como vinho, champanhe, uísque, vodca, conhaque, licor etc são servidas em glasses; chá e café, em cups. A ‘exceção’ é o Irish coffee, que vem em copos, por razões que a internet explica.)

24. Correção: One of the most serious problems we have Ø these days is police violence against black people. (these days não vem precedido de nenhuma preposição. Mas você pode dizer, por exemplo: Life was easier in those days.)

25. Correção: 71 people died when the plane with the Chapecoense team went down on its way from Bolivia to Medellin. (dead não é verbo, é adjetivo, tipo the number of dead people in Japan’s latest earthquake.)
