A lei que deixa barato o camarada que importuna mulheres no transporte público? A lei que quebra o galho de bandidos com mais de 70 anos? A lei que admite a ‘progressão da pena’? A lei que abre a porta da cadeia para criminosos ‘com bom comportamento’ depois de cumprido 1/6 da pena?
